launched a new SEO optimized website, at www.excelsiorhotel.co.uk, which includes its
very own reservations system with a prominent display of special offers and
promotions. This would appear to be a move towards a greater digital. The
implementation of a booking engine creates a source for reservations in Excelsior
Hotel’s own website, which
enables a multi-channel source of reservations by not having reservations
coming from just OTA’s (Online Travel Agencies).
This would be a new
venture for Excelsior Hotel into innovative and
multi-channel digital marketing strategy. The website itself was developed by GuestCentric Systems, that aims to provide
digital marketing solutions that were “previously only available at large
chains”.
